Vector has finally launched its much awaited smartwatches. The popular Duo the Vector Luna and Meridian was announced at the start of this year in the Baselworld 2015.
The wait is finally over and the dashing duo has finally released and caught the attention of audiences. The duo is named as – The Vector Core Smartwatch Collection and it is basically consisting of just two smartwatches as mentioned above.
The designs for both the watches are quite different but they have the similar Operating System and technology.
The Meridian has a square has a faced structure while The Vector Luna is a round- faced watch and is available in Contemporary and classic performance variants. The Vector does not carry the signature touch screen we are accustomed to see in watches nowadays. It has a three button setup that controls all the functions and navigation of the device. The watch further consists of a Memory LCD display which supports powerful 30 days of battery life.
The designs for both the watches are made of pure nato leather or nylon straps, and have a matte black stainless steel or brushed gun metal stainless steel casing.
Former Timex CEO Joe Santana who is now the lead idea head behind the Vector watch teamed with Steve Jarvis who was former design chief at Nike; and CTO Andrei Pitis to create these marvels.
Santanat on the occasion of making the watch public said that;
“Since our launch in March our team has been working very hard to perfect the Vector devices. We want to ensure our customers receive the best smartwatch we can deliver, and we feel confident that the finished product will exceed their expectations.”
Well! We can only tell after the use if these watches fell to the word given by the head or not. Till then we will only stick to his assurances.
The Vector Meridian watch is priced at £219 and up, and the Vector Lunar costs from £349 and above.  For those who wish to buy this watch and reside in UK are lucky enough to order online at Vector’s store.
