According to the latest reports, OnePlus Watch New Feature of Always-On Display might be on the track of availability really soon!
Only very recently launched, the OnePlus may soon be getting this additional (AOD) feature through an over-the-air (OTA) update. Although, many users had placed special request for this feature but its really going to be power consuming. It might increase the power consumption by 50%.
Currently, evaluation is being carried out whether such a feature is practical and worthwhile in the long run. According to inside news from OnePlus, developers are trying to figure out how to possibly optimise the display architecture and increase frame rate from 30fps to 50 fps. OnePlus Watch was launched a few weeks back along with the OnePlus 9 series of smartphones. Its a debut watch by the company.
