Here’s all that we know about the upcoming new Fitbit Charge 5 Specs & Features as leaked. Recently, leaked images obtained from Fitbit itself, have been speculated to be of the upcoming Fitbit Charge 5. It has not been officially announced, but if it’s actually Charge 5 as we assume it to be, it’s gonna be one heck of an essential fitness gadget.
Why? Since Fitbit Charge 4 is still one of the best fitness trackers in the market, its newer model would definitely be more updated and advanced compared to this one.
When will the Fitbit Charge 5 launch?
Since Fitbit’s earlier Charge series devices had been released every alternate year, the initial Charge made its debut entry in 2014, Charge 2 appeared in 2016, then Charge 3 and 4 in 2018 and 2020 respectively – it’s pretty much clear that the year 2022 holds the date of the official launching of this smart gadget.
Design of the Fitbit Charge 5 fitness tracker

As far as grapevine rumours are concerned, it is still not confirmed if this image really does belong to Charge 5. The design of Fitbit Charge 5 is named “Morgan” as a codeword internally in the company. The tracker looks wider but less angular than Charge 4. But, it has a similar AMOLED display. This indicates the model design flowing from the previous model itself. The design and appearance of the Charge 5 seem to be very much like the Sense, Versa 3 and Luxe.
Specs and features of Fitbit Charge 5
Although all other Fitbit Charge devices had monochromatic displays, this particular model has a coloured screen display. The watch can support NFC payments and look after your health and fitness like a pro. We are definitely expecting it to have a built-in GPS feature that can track down the location of the user. Also, it will have an Oxygen Saturation Measurement system, heart and pulse rate monitoring system.
