Garmin’s Fenix GPS Sport Watches – Redefining Time Pieces

Garmin’s Fenix GPS Sport Watches – Redefining Time Pieces.

The wait is over, Garmin’s new Fenix 6 series of multi-sports GPS watches are finally here. The watches now feature a transparent solar charging lens and larger 1.4-inches sunlight readable display. Garmin’s new lineup also brings us extended battery life and more accurate track of our performance. They are the perfect match for anyone who prioritizes outdoor fitness at any cost.

Fenix 6X Pro Solar is the crowning jewel of the series. Its “Power Glass” solar lens adds to the 21-day battery life on smartwatch mode. And gives a 36% larger display then the Fenix 5 series.

Battery on the 6X Pro tumbles to about 15 hours when on music mode or with the GPS running. But it can certainly hike up to 120 days on battery-saver watch mode.

The Fenix 6X is slimmer and a more comfortable fit than its predecessors as it comes with a scratch resistant sapphire glass. Garmin is also introducing new QuickFit nylon bands and silicone colors with the launch of the Fenix 6 series.

The software updates bring us PacePro feature and more customizable power management. The breakthrough feature must be the elevation detector to keep a runner’s pacing on the tracks. The new power manager keeps tabs on the features using up the most battery life which the user may switch off to maximize battery life.

The Fenix 6 series is equipped with an in-built storage of 32GB that can hold up to 2000 songs, the user may stream live music from Spotify, Amazon Music and Deezer services via Wi-Fi.

All the watches feature topographic maps for trails, slopes, and golf courses; the ability to record running, swimming, cycling and hiking among other sports; a heart-rate sensor with VO2 Max calculations; Bluetooth and ANT+ accessory connectivity; access to GPS, GLONASS and Galileo satellite systems; sleep monitoring; contactless Garmin Pay; and the ability to receive notification alerts from your iOS or Android smartphone.

Pricing for the new Garmin wearables starts from $599.99 for the Fenix 6 and hikes up to $1,149.99 for the Fenix 6X Pro Solar without the sapphire glass- which only makes us wonder as to what the scratch resistant wearable is worth.

The solar delivery takes up to five to eight weeks while all others are available for immediate shipment. Go get this exquisite time piece now!
