Australia and New Zealand Sports Technology Awards (ANZSTA) celebrates, recognizes and pays respect to brilliance in technology, digital electronics and data across all fields of Media, Health, Entertainment and Sports. Applications can be turned in online and the finalists are decided by a panel of experts of each industry respectively.
The most brilliant out of all are announced as winners on the Finals Awards Dinner. This year’s Final Award Dinner will be held on Thursday 5th September.
Anyone can nominate for ANZSTA as Australia and New Zealand Sports Technology Awards welcome nominations with open arms from all organizations, individuals and companies with any kind of contribution in the industry of sports technology. The Nominees must either have their headquarters in New Zealand or Australia, or they must have their projects taking place in New Zealand and/or Australia. These projects may even include collaborations with leagues, teams, properties and athletes based in Australia and New Zealand.

Notebale winners from last year’s Australia and New Zealand Sports Technology Awards include Craig Hill, who won the ASTN Lifetime Achievement. Catapult won the Sports Performance and Coaching Award while Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground trust won the Social and Fan Engagement Award. Other Notable winners Sponserve which won the Fast Growth award and Throwdown ESports won the award in ESports category. Emerging Sports Tech award was won by VALD Performance while Game Insight Group managed to take home the award for Broadcast and Media Tech.
