Launched at IFA 2018, Garmin Vivosmart 4 is a slim and sleek, swimproof fitness tracker. This may not be the smartwatch of choice for all you fitness fanatics but it was aimed at a more casual audience.

This 4th generation Garmin watch comes fully loaded with a blood oxygen sensor that will help keep tab on your body’s energy reserves. The fitness trackers also aloows you to measure your body oxygen levels while you sleep at night, offering a deeper understanding of how your reacts while sleeping and its effects on your sleep quality.
Not only this, Garmin Vivosmart 4 also function as a heart rate monitor, steps counter and the rest of your basic smart phone notifications receiver. Another exclusive feature of Garmin Vivosmart 4 is its Body Battery energy monitoring. This works by using a combination of various measurements including stress, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep and activity data to provide you with a basic understanding of your health and energy levels.
The tracker comes in an ultra slim design with a variety of colors to offer including black, berry, powder grey and azure blue. Garmin also boasts about a long lasting battery which will last 7 days on a single charge.
