Noerden, A start up based in France, has developed a smart bottle called LIZ especially for people who want to live a healthy and smart life. This smart bottle does not differ much from our everyday, normal water bottles but it is everything except from normal. The lid of this smart bottle has a sterilization system based on Ultraviolet technology built inside it. We all know how many bacteria can be housed by a reusable water bottle and washing your bottle is really important. But only a fraction of people actually wash their water bottle in reality and this sterilization system has been placed in the lid of LIZ considering this exact problem.
“Water makes up 60% of bodies and 85% of people’s brains,” stated Christophe Cermolacce , He is the General Manager and the Founder of NOERDEN. “Even a 2% drop in our hydration level can cause immediate physical tiredness and loss of concentration. A healthy adult requires 1.5-2L of water per day, but in fact 75% of people suffer from dehydration. With LIZ’s smart hydration reminders, users are reminded every 2 hours to drink.”
It does not stop there as your water or any beverage can also stay cold, hot or warm for almost an entire day. You can check the temperature of any beverage inside it and it also reminds you to stay hydrated after a fixed period of time.
