Only very recently launched, the OnePlus may soon be getting this additional (AOD) feature through an over-the-air (OTA) update. Although, many users had placed special request for this feature but its really going to be power consuming. It might increase the power consumption by 50%.

According to inside news from OnePlus, developers are trying to figure out how to possibly optimise the display architecture and increase frame rate from 30fps to 50 fps. OnePlus Watch was launched a few weeks back along with the OnePlus 9 series of smartphones. Its a debut watch by the company. It comes with built in features like stress detection, SpO2 oxygen saturation monitoring, breathing tracker, heart beat and heart rate tracker and sleeping control. It supports standalone GPS and Bluetooth. With a powerful battery, it also supports Warp Charge fast charging.
